The Personal Care Home Administrator, is responsible for supervision of the day-to-day activities of Jefferson Court.
The Administrator is responsible for providing a sanitary, comfortable, and safe environment for the residents in the facility.
The Administrator is responsible for the provision and/or oversight of all required documentation, direct care, medication administration, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry services.

Qualifications:
Must have one of the following:
LPN, Associates Degree, 60 or more credit hours from an accredited college or university, NHA, RN.
Must successfully complete an orientation program approved by the Department of Public Welfare, a 100-hour standardized Department-approved administrator training course, and a department-approved competency-based training test with a passing score Atleast one year work experience in long term care preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
