We are looking for a Mental Health Professional to carry a caseload of up to 8 individuals in our Long Term Structured Residential (LTSR) program.
The Mental Health Professional functions as a clinical member of our multidisciplinary team.
The position provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support service to the residents of the LTSR using trauma informed and recovery oriented interventions according to the individual treatment plan.
Activities may include individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, activities of daily living, resident advocacy, prevention, and collaboration with external systems and education.
Located at the Northwest PA Restoration Center, LTSR is a 16-bed residential facility which will provide mental health services for adult males with current forensic involvement.
This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position.
The hired staff can choose to work four 10-hour days Sunday-Wednesday or five 8-hour days Sunday-Thursday.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field which would be license eligible.
Experience 1 year of experience in mental health required.
Certifications & Licenses Licensed preferred, but license eligible is an option with a waiver.
Valid driver's license.
